Welcome to HFP! We’re proud to be a firm where passion and people go hand in hand. People come first here – our clients and our team alike.
We take the time to support each person’s needs and strengths, and we keep developing our team through training at our own HFP Academy. We value a warm, friendly atmosphere shaped by team spirit and a shared love of sport.
Join our team and find out what #leidenschaftverbindet – passion connects – really means!
Our HFP Academy is a big part of our culture. It gives our team the chance to grow, professionally and personally, and to keep building their skills. We believe great careers are built on continuous learning.
We care about the quality of our work – and just as much about how our team feels. We want our people to have a healthy work-life balance and to enjoy coming to work.
