Foundation “Rettet den Stephansdom”

Preserving St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna – our “Steffl” – has been close to HFP’s heart for decades. Günther W. Havranek worked closely with the founders of the association “Rettet den Stephansdom” (Save St. Stephen’s Cathedral) to protect this historic landmark. They always wanted a foundation that would safeguard the cathedral regardless of passing trends and outside influence. That task is now in the hands of the non-profit private foundation “Rettet den Stephansdom – Verein zur Erhaltung des Stephansdoms”, with Günther W. Havranek as chairman of the board.
