You can\u2019t start early enough to give girls and boys real self-confidence,\u201d<\/em> says Dagmar Koller, the association\u2019s patron.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hfp.cin-consult.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/dagmar-koller.jpg\" alt=\"Dagmar Koller\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>power4me is a non-profit association dedicated to supportive, preventive work. <em>\u201cViolence and abuse are pressing problems of our time, and prevention is what\u2019s needed now,\u201d<\/em> explains chair Anita Iberer. <em>\u201cIt\u2019s important to show children that only the adult is responsible, that a child is never to blame, and that they have the right to talk about it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Every course is built around prevention and building self-confidence: being aware of your own body, trusting your feelings, deciding which kind of touch feels right and from whom \u2013 and the right to say <em>\u201cno\u201d<\/em>. Just as important: being allowed to <em>be loud<\/em>, to <em>shout<\/em> and to <em>get help<\/em>. power4me runs courses for children, teenagers and women, from workshops in nurseries to sessions with primary school classes.
