It&#8217;s made up of several areas, and we switch on the ones you need.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hfp.cin-consult.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/2016_HFP_Klientenportal.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download our client portal brochure (PDF, German)<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>What you get<\/h4>\n<ul><li>Highly reliable servers (multiple hardware backups, uninterruptible power supply and more)<\/li><li>Strong data security (firewall and encrypted connections)<\/li><li>Your data is kept in a high-security area of the data centre<\/li><li>Low, predictable monthly costs for hardware and software<\/li><li>A secure way to share sensitive data \u2013 no need for email<\/li><li>All results stored in one place, available any time, on any device with an internet connection<\/li><li>Different access levels for employees and business owners<\/li><li>No more sending documents by post, email or fax<\/li><li>No duplicate data entry thanks to electronic data transfer<\/li><\/ul>\n<h4>Payroll<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Everything in the client portal<\/strong><br \/>Upload your payroll documents straight into the portal. Your monthly payroll results and other documents (registrations, pay slips, deregistrations and so on) stay available for seven years \u2013 password-protected and accessible from any device.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Register employees yourself<\/strong><br \/>Enter new starters and leavers, variable pay (overtime, travel expenses and so on), holidays and sick days. You can also send the minimum required registration straight to the health insurance fund (\u00d6GK) \u2013 any time, from any computer. The confirmations appear in the portal shortly afterwards, so you can meet legal deadlines even outside our office hours.<\/p>\n<h4>Accounting<\/h4>\n<p>Upload your accounting and tax documents securely through the portal. Your monthly figures, other evaluations, tax returns and tax assessments stay available for seven years \u2013 password-protected and accessible from any computer.<\/p>\n<h4>Send scanned documents as PDFs<\/h4>\n<p>Send us scanned documents as PDFs through the portal. Our RZL scan manager turns them into the right electronic format, sorts them, merges multi-page documents and files everything by category.<\/p>\n<h4>Record bank and cash entries yourself<\/h4>\n<p>With the &#8220;Vorerfassung Kassa\/Bank&#8221; module, you can record cash entries directly \u2013 so you don&#8217;t need a separate cash book \u2013 and enter bank transactions too. That saves time, because our accountants then mainly check the entries (especially for VAT). Anything you can&#8217;t assign to an account simply stays open and we&#8217;ll complete it.<\/p>\n<h4>Booking texts and account numbers set up for you<\/h4>\n<p>We set up booking texts and account numbers specifically for your business.
