We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website is <strong>largely compliant<\/strong> with WCAG 2.1 AA, based on a self-assessment with automated tests (axe) and manual keyboard and screen reader testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we have done<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a clear heading structure with one main heading per page<\/li>\n\n<li>full keyboard operation, visible focus and a &#8220;skip to content&#8221; link<\/li>\n\n<li>sufficient colour contrast for text and controls<\/li>\n\n<li>text alternatives for informative images<\/li>\n\n<li>labelled form fields with clear error messages<\/li>\n\n<li>no auto-playing videos; motion is reduced when your system asks for it<\/li>\n\n<li>a settings panel (icon at the bottom left) for larger text, higher contrast, highlighted links, more line spacing, a readable font and stopping animations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Known limitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calculators embedded from external providers (e.g. the gross\/net salary calculator) are outside our control and may not be fully accessible. We are happy to do the calculation for you.<\/li>\n\n<li>Some older PDF documents (circulars, publications) are not fully accessible. We can send you the content in an accessible format on request.<\/li>\n\n<li>Videos currently have no captions. We are working on adding them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feedback and contact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Have you found a barrier or do you need content in another format?
